This was done a long time ago (back in 2007 as my current DP for Bebo)
Ag3nt Sparx, hence the name!
Based on Sparx's old design obviously. I think I should do a new one.. o_O
As for the black suit, it comes from the MIB movie.
Sparx does not belong to me but the Ag3nt Sparx does.. xDD
That little speech he says in the speech bubble is from the lyrics of the song Men In Black, sang by Will Smith.. xP
